Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Customized or engraved jewellery is non-returnable

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
